The Event Garage is not a self-drive rental marketplace. Customers may not drive the vehicle. Chauffeured transportation and passenger rides are not offered at launch.

Booking a vehicle

Browse the collection
Every vehicle is reviewed before it appears. Filter by category, service and date.

Send a request
Choose your date, service and duration. Nothing is charged when you request.

Owner approval
The owner reviews your request personally, usually within 24 hours, and confirms fit.

Deposit when the provider accepts
25% due when the provider accepts. The balance is due 30 days before the event date, or 100% is due when the provider accepts if that is fewer than 30 days before. Payments are disabled in this preview.

Event day
The vehicle is staged for your event. Customers may not drive the vehicle. Chauffeured transportation and passenger rides are not offered at launch.

Listing and hosting

Apply to list
Tell us about the vehicle. We verify identity, license and the car itself.

Build the listing
Set rates, services, turnaround and travel buffers. We can arrange professional photography.
03
Approve requests
You see every request before it becomes a booking. Decline anything that isn't right.
04
Get paid
The Event Garage absorbs payment processing fees — they are never passed to you. Owner earnings are explained when you list your vehicle.
05
Report an issue
You have 24 hours after the event to report damage or a problem. Use Report an issue on the booking to reach The Event Garage; private messages go to the other party.
For photographers
Joining the roster

Join the roster
Submit a portfolio and service area. Approved photographers appear in the directory.

Shoot listings and events
Work directly with owners on listing photography, or with couples on the day.

Keep 90%
Photographers keep 90% of every booking made through the platform. Tips go entirely to you.
