    Requests arrive with the date, venue, service and duration. Decline anything that isn't right for the car.

  • Turnaround respected

    Booking requests are checked against stored availability and turnaround rules. Self-service calendar editing is not yet available.

  • 24-hour issue window

    The planned issue-reporting window is 24 hours after an event. In-app reporting is not yet available in this preview.

  • Fair claims review

    Any reported damage or issues are documented through Report an issue on the booking, which reaches The Event Garage.
